Doug Simmons has three decades of experience in sales, operations, and general management in the mining industry. He began his career in 1979 with Peabody Coal Company, rising over 13 years to General Manager of a Peabody subsidiary company. He worked for Dyno Nobel and Orica explosives in various senior sales and management positions before joining Fenner Dunlop Americas, where he rose to Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing. His experience includes oversight in mergers and acquisitions in downstream distribution businesses as well as leading multinational sales and marketing teams. Doug has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining from Southern Illinois University.

Arthur Brown joined us in 2016, bringing with him 15 years of technical sales experience in performance chemicals, underground and surface mining, as well as general business operations. He earned his B.S. in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2001.
